Workly India ("we", "us") operates https://worklyindia.devs.surf, a job platform connecting job seekers and employers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Account details: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
• Profile and job data: resume, skills, applications, company details.
• Information from Facebook/Meta login and WhatsApp Business (business ID, phone number ID, messages you send to or receive from us).
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account and show relevant jobs or candidates.
• To send job alerts, OTPs and notifications by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or push.
• To keep the service secure and improve it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Job seeker profiles are shared with employers when you apply. We use trusted service providers (hosting, messaging, payments) only to run the service.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active. You may access, correct or delete your data at any time. See Data Deletion.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted.
